Introduction

Imagine... was created in February 2009 as an early years training and consultancy organisation. Our trainers and consultants have many years of experience of working in Early Years. Our work experience includes nurseries, children's centres, stays and plays, schools, family support, special educational needs, training and assessing, mentoring and coaching.

At Imagine we have a passion for creativity in children's play, learning and development and we have been involved in projects that promote children's learning using fresh approaches in environments that stretch the imagination. We believe it is important to provide opportunities that:
• Excite
• Inspire
• Motivate Children and the Adults that work with them.

The approach taken in our nursery is one of “Co-construction”- A balanced partnership between children and adults that promotes a collaborative approach to learning. This approach equally values both the contribution of the adult and the child. It enables children to direct their own learning whilst adults observe, support, suggest and extend. Whilst we believe that adults should not impose their own thoughts, ideas and agenda, they should facilitate and enrich children's creative ideas and learning by listening and reinforcing and through offering a range of new and exciting possibilities in appropriate and timely ways.

We are a recognised provider of Early Years Consultancy and training and strive to make Quality the Reality in Early Years Provision through a blend of:
• Integrity
• Creativity
• Tradition
• Innovation.

Through the delivery of high standard services aimed at supporting the professional development of those working in Early Years, we promote Integrity, Creativity, Tradition and Innovation as key in providing young children with the best in play and learning experiences.

Our aim is to ensure that staff are of a high calibre, keen and willing to learn, passionate and enthusiastic about the education and care of young children.

As a training provider we expect the best and in return, offer a high quality learning experience for all staff, volunteers and students.
